Clinician
Ryan Seitz, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. He has a particular passion for supporting young people who may struggle with emotional regulation, challenging behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. Ryan also enjoys working alongside parents and caregivers who may feel overwhelmed or unsure of how best to support their child.
Ryan’s background includes working with children and families in residential treatment, community-based mental health, and outpatient settings. These experiences have given him the opportunity to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including those who may have struggled to connect with therapy in the past.
Ryan believes therapy works best when people feel comfortable being themselves. His style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, while also being direct and practical when needed. He incorporates approaches such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions, tailoring sessions to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Above all, Ryan strives to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported while developing practical skills and making meaningful changes in their lives.
