Clinician, LCSW
Annette provides a warm, person-centered therapeutic space where adolescents and adults can explore their experiences with compassion and clarity. She uses an integrative approach that blends Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. This allows her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
She specializes in supporting individuals navigating complex mental health challenges, including Borderline Personality Disorder, complex PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Many of the clients who work with Annette come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. She helps them build emotional insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Annette’s style is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth. Whether clients are seeking support with identity, relationships, trauma recovery, or emotional regulation, she is committed to helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move forward.
